Seedify supports project development and token-sale access through different participation paths
Seedify fits a project seeking incubation or a token buyer seeking access to a specific launch offering. The useful route depends on the desired outcome: development support, project fundraising or a sale allocation. SFUND positions have governed participant access, while project applications address selection and support. The Vibecoins model adds AI-assisted products and milestone-linked team funding. Each route carries different approval, capital and delivery commitments, so suitability rests on the selected program's terms.
A sale allocation is useful only when its eligibility rules and token-release schedule fit the intended purchase.
Qualifying SFUND positions connect wallets with sale eligibility
A qualifying SFUND stake or farming position can make a wallet eligible for a particular launch offering. Qualification concerns the wallet and sale, while capital committed to access remains separate from the purchase budget. Under the legacy V2 initial decentralized exchange offering (IDO) model, a wallet needed approved know-your-customer (KYC) verification and qualifying tokens staked 24 hours before the event. Residents of excluded jurisdictions, including the United States and China, could not participate. Its entry tier used a lottery, so qualification there did not guarantee an allocation.
The later staking interface distinguished closed legacy pools from new Seed Staking Boosters pools, where the lock choice affected point generation. An old staking instruction therefore does not identify the terms of every later launch.
When does incubation fit a project's needs?
Incubation fits a project whose development needs align with the support program and whose team can meet its selection requirements. The original design paired community selection with structured advisory work and solution-partner support. It aimed to improve product development through feedback on specific problems.
A project can assess that fit by identifying the work it needs help with. The planned advisory categories covered user experience, token utility, development and technical documentation. The proposed Solution Partners Program extended support into areas including smart contract security and legal or organizational needs. The V2 expansion also proposed the Seedify Metaverse Asset Program for grants supporting metaverse asset collections. Seedify would review past portfolios, collection ideas and concept visuals before awarding a grant; approved creators would develop the collection. That grant task differs from financing a project's token sale.
Admission and delivery are separate responsibilities. Community selection determines entry in the original model; the team develops the product.
A program built around ongoing feedback fits work needing iteration and outside support. A team seeking only a sale venue has a different requirement. Directly hiring a specialist may suit a narrowly defined development task without an incubation relationship. That alternative addresses the contracted work without the incubator's wider support structure.
Token fundraising and asset offerings serve different launch needs
A project seeking a fundraising venue may need the launchpad without the development relationship an incubator creates. The original launchpad design allowed projects to apply without prior seed funding or incubation. Community voting governed admission to that route.
The intended outcome is an approved offering through which the project can sell tokens for funding. Sending a proposal does not itself establish a completed raise. This route fits a project prepared to own its product work while accepting the chosen launch format's requirements.
The V2 expansion separately proposed in-game non-fungible token (NFT) sales through the Seedify NFT Launchpad and initial metaverse offerings through the Seedify IMO Launchpad. Those planned routes suited buyers seeking in-game or metaverse NFTs through qualifying SFUND staking or farming. Each collection's mint requirements would also govern eligibility.
AI-assisted apps bring product delivery into the funding decision
Vibecoins by Seedify targets AI-assisted applications whose tokens have a role within the product. vibe/vibe is the launchpad component of that model. Utility can concern product subscriptions, premium features or revenue-funded buybacks. These possibilities describe different designs, so a token launch needs the utility its own application can actually support.
Project selection also changes the route into a raise. Curation considers growth, revenue stage and product-market fit. Curated projects can move directly to the bonding-curve raise without a community selection vote; remaining projects follow a community-voting route. That distinction concerns project selection; funding releases follow the applicable milestone terms.
The milestone-funding framework assigns the project team responsibility for proposing measurable deliverables, deadlines and evidence requirements before voting and fundraising. Seedify's review team prevalidates milestones before fundraising. AI oracles and Seedify verify completion evidence, while community voters make final funding approval decisions. Under the Vibecoins DAO vesting rules, a missed milestone forfeits its funding tranche. Partial completion does not unlock part of that tranche. Milestone-based team funding differs from a buyer's token vesting schedule, which governs the release of purchased tokens.
The vibe/vibe announcement described its launchpad features as live on testnet ahead of mainnet. A testnet launch does not establish a live token sale or access to real funding.
Scouting and advisory work serve project discovery and development
Project scouting seeks prospective projects, while advisory work contributes to a project's development. Seedify presents project scouting alongside its project application option. The original Community Involvement Programs proposed focused feedback channels around accepted projects. Categories covered user experience, tokenomics and development, with contributors bringing relevant expertise and past experience. Category-based participation would match a project's problem with the relevant feedback channel, while the team would retain its product decisions.
That design included project-token rewards to encourage useful advice. Community governance would determine reward mechanics, so the proposal does not define a permanent payment rate for a later engagement.
When does a token sale fit the intended purchase?
A launch sale fits a purchase when its allocation, eligibility and token-release terms match the intended use of the project token. Purchased tokens follow the project's vesting schedule, so an allocation does not establish immediate access to the full balance. A lock or staged release changes the fit when the intended use requires available tokens.
In the Vibecoins model, purchases move the token price higher along the bonding curve. That model ends token sales at the applicable soft or hard cap and then prepares exchange liquidity. That mechanism does not establish a fixed entry price, a universal completion time or a market price after launch.
Legacy SFUND holdings introduce a separate migration condition. The replacement token launched on BNB Chain. Old-token purchases after the eligibility cutoff did not qualify for migration. The announced migration deadline for qualifying holdings and matured staking positions was October 8, 2026. That date has passed, so an old balance is not evidence of an available migration window.
Sale access and project support require different commitments
If development support is essential, a launch allocation does not meet the project's need. If the goal is a token purchase, an incubation application does not establish sale eligibility.
- Confirm the selected offering recognizes the SFUND staking or farming position the wallet holds.
- Choose incubation when the support scope addresses the development work the project needs.
- Consider a launch-only application when the program accepts projects without earlier incubation.
- Match an AI-assisted product with the Vibecoins route when its utility and delivery commitments fit the funding model.
- Treat scouting or advisory work as a contribution tied to project discovery or a specific development need.
- Keep contract-migration deadlines and testnet status separate from a live offering's admission requirements.
An already tradable project token may make a secondary-market purchase the relevant alternative. That route still depends on liquidity and execution terms, while a launch offering adds admission and release conditions.
Seedify: frequently asked questions
Can an existing AI-assisted app apply for a Vibecoin launch?
The Vibecoins model permits applications for new or existing AI-assisted projects. Its scope centers on products built with AI-assisted development tools, and it does not restrict applications to one product sector. Application creates a proposal for selection; an existing app still needs approval for its proposed launch.
How much seed funding does a project application secure?
An application alone does not secure a funding amount. The original model specified $75,000 for a selected project in exchange for allocating 3% of its tokens to Seedify. That historical structure differs from the later Vibecoins model, where fundraising and milestone-based team funding govern the funding relationship. In that model, the team's available budget depends on the raise, platform deductions and milestone releases.
Which identity checks apply to a milestone-funded project proposal?
Every team member must complete KYC under the milestone submission framework, and an incorporated project must complete company KYB. KYC means know your customer, while KYB means know your business. These project-side requirements differ from a buyer's verification for sale participation. Buyer approval does not establish the team's or company's verification for a funding proposal.
Are curated Vibecoin launches tied to the standard tokenomics model?
Curated Vibecoin launches can use tokenomics tailored to the individual project. In the Vibecoins framework, the community-voted model uses a fixed structure. Token allocations and vesting assumptions therefore come from the selected project's offering terms. A curated offering can differ from the community-voted structure even when both use the vibe/vibe launchpad.
Do farming deposits count at their full value for launch access?
The legacy V2 IDO model counted only the SFUND component of a liquidity position toward qualification. It combined eligible farming and staking amounts when a wallet used both methods. The qualifying measure was the SFUND token count, not the pool's market value.
Will buying a launched project token qualify a wallet for another token sale?
Buying a project's token does not, by itself, establish eligibility for another project's launch sale. The legacy tier mechanism assessed qualifying SFUND positions, not holdings of every project token the platform launched. A secondary-market purchase addresses ownership of the chosen asset; admission to another sale depends on that offering's access conditions.
